Zaher Hallab is a Board member, Production Director, and the current Material Controller of Abdul Rahman Hallab 1881 Restaurant Franchise. Zaher has an MBA from the University of Balamand along with extensive experience in the field of food production working as an assistant production manager in a 600 employees company, and managing 250 production employees with the objective of changing the management style from old school paper-based system to data-oriented style.
