Before joining the Family Business, Abdul Razzak completed his Bachelor Degrees in International Business Management in Regent’s College London where he gained international exposure to how modern businesses are operating in the fast-evolving technological world.
Abdul Razzak believes that to operate efficiently in a family business, he was required to implement horizontal integration between departments rather than the bureaucratic vertical frameworks of orthodox organizations. In parallel to his new structural operation, he found that keeping the spirit of his core family business values created an added value with his customers where every business relationship is personal.
