Under Najat’s strong leadership and management skills, Naprotek delivered outstanding services to various industries such as military, aerospace, medical, industrial, semiconductor, and networking. She was one of the first founders of Woman-owned electronic manufacturing services and EMS providers in Silicon Valley and the USA. Najat received multiple awards, the first was for being one of the top 10 fastest growing small business companies in the Silicon Valley. Other awards were received for the top 25, 50, 100, and 500 women-owned businesses. In 2018, Najat was nominated for CEO of the year and had multiple published interviews in various industry magazines. She was entered in the 73rd edition of the Marquis Who’s Who in America Biographs book.
